Colleen Clayton

I have been the theatre teacher at SITS Stockholm almost since the beginning, and it's the most rewarding thing to do. My own career on stage began at the age of four but eventually I decided that I preferred directing and teaching. I have studied theatre at both upper secondary level and university, where I also did a degree in musicology. Teaching at SITS, with such an amazing team and fantastic kids, has given me some incredible experiences. From huge shows at Nalen and Berns to equally important moments, where I have seen the kids blossom and grow in my classroom. Seeing how theatre helps children find a way to express themselves and grow in confidence, is to me what SITS is all about, and having a lot of fun doing it!

Meaghan Farrah
Dance Teacher
Meaghan was raised in New Brunswick, Canada. She took her first dance class at age 9 and has been hooked ever since. She has trained in several dance styles including Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, with Jazz being her favourite style.  Meaghan danced on a competitive team through X-treme Dance Company in her hometown all throughout her university career. It was there that she honed her skills, found the true joys of performing, and began teaching dance.  She has been the choreographer for several community musical productions, including "Chess", "Annie", and "Aladdin", to name a few.

Meaghan graduated university with a Bachelor of Arts in 2013, with a minor in Theatre and graduated again in 2014 with a Bachelor of Education focusing on Elementary Education. She loves working with kids and loves to see the "Aha!" moment when they unlock a new skill.  Meaghan is so excited to have been part of the SITS family since 2021 !
Let's dance!
